Resource Referral Connection Program

While there are hundreds of resources available to those who are in need, finding and accessing them can be a challenge for most. We connect those we serve with various community resources that will allow our neighbors the independence they need to continue to live full lives. By providing this essential support will help individuals with accessing resources that could prevent homelessness, address food insecurity, find transportation, healthcare and education. We link those we assist with a range of community resources, empowering our neighbors to maintain the independence they need to lead fulfilling lives. Not only helping our neighbors but improving the well-being of our community by partnering community-based organizations that provide the support.
